Sara Strong is an expressive painter specializing in both oil and acrylic on canvas. Receiving formal training from Western Michigan University, Sara has earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts and has displayed her work in over 30 exhibitions including juried and solo shows. Through vibrant colors, Sara depicts images of whimsical emotion and much of her artwork is inspired by her unique childhood growing up in Northern Michigan near Petoskey.

Sara's studio is not only a haven for creativity, but also showcases some of her latest works, which is continuously rotating every month. Her studio is always open for visitors whenever she is working, during Kalamazoo's Art Hops, and gladly by appointment.
