Patrick Smith : Artist's Statment

A friend once advised me: "You do some things to make a living...you do what you love, to make a Life." My experience as a Park Trades Center artist has been a combination of these two normally separate categories. I have also been blessed with associating with creative, hardworking artists who are reluctant to compromise their integrity for expediancy.

I thank my ancestors, Park Trades staff and crazy destiny for the guidance to this place. Also, special thanks to Dave Kamm for his professional photography of my work.
